Home from a well deserved vaca- and right back into the move. The new tenants came by again (with hubs in tow this time) for the final viewing and approval. It feels REALLY good to have that taken care of. Nice to have the house passed off to good people.
The Big House- Bossman & I spent the afternoon at the big house, taking over a load & soaking in the indescribable splendor of it all (ok, it can be described- take the movie Legend & mix it with camping trips I took as a child [so... you'll have to be a VERY small subset of my readership to fully understand what I am describing.]) We wandered the property & followed the creek back up to the road. We might as well have been out in the middle of the forest.
It was amazing & exhilarating- we are SO blessed. This house & property is proof that good things happen to good people. We were meant to have the appreciation of this land for a bit- and we will not squander the opportunity. That is a promise.
